Customer service was terrible today, the person taking my order laughed as if I was stupid when ordering. And could hear them saying things in the background. Every interaction was rude. Waited awhile for anyone to interact with me at the pickup window and then wasn’t greeted or given a “have a nice day” or anything as I left. Just held up the scanner & handed me my drink. A smile or hello would be nice.
Hello. I came to the establishment around 7:35 PM and pulled into the drive-through that was very well lit. As I went to say my order, no one responded back. Then I realize when I put up to the drive-through window that the sign said that you close at 8 PM, but inside was completely dark. The store was obviously closed early as I arrived at 7:35 PM. All the lights are on in the drive-through, but inside the store was completely dark. I understand that emergencies happen however, professionalism and job requirements should be taken very seriously from the manager on duty, a quick note would be feasible, but that was not done, and I left a very upset. Again emergencies happen and I know in the United States of America we are dealing with staffing issues however, a quick note saying we are closed early would do the job. Instead I left without my order and I went to Dunkin’ Donuts up the block where I actually was greeted at the drive-through when I When I said my order. Unfortunately, they did not have the medicine ball drink that I was looking for..
It's Starbucks, it's not a fancy or at least good restaurant, I ordered on the app and when I walked in to pick up my order, I was "greeted" with an attitude by the girl at the register, they've changed the interior of the store, however the rudeness of some people still remains, I was heading on to where the usually had the orders and the girl at the register (I'll call her that) I didn't catch her name made a gesture I didn't even pay attention to, I suppose she's wandering wether I was going to order, then I told her I was there for a pick-up and I she acted like she didn't hear me, I repeated myself and said I had ordered already, and pointed to where my items were, only then she understood and pushed them so that I could grab them, I often wonder, if you don't like working with the public, why work on customer service, I just hope she has better days ahead of her.
It's ok nothing to write home about. The coffee was good but like a lot of other starbucks they put whipped cream on my drink when I asked them not to and I wasn't in the mood to wait around for another one. Also I know that a lot of places like this still don't allow you to dine or in this case drink at the establishment but that doesn't mean you should have your dining/drinking area filled with stacks of boxes, it's very unbecoming for a business that has customers coming inside to order and pick up
The store was completely reconfigured and no longer has a place to sit nor public restrooms. Condiments were behind the counter. This is clearly designed for drive-thru. I don't think we'll return in the future.
They just remodeled this place and eliminated their public restrooms and inside seating. They’ve also eliminated their friendly chalk boards that showed specials of the day and employee bios. When I asked an employee about the remodel, they stated they only wanted to cater to those that drive thru. This is by far now the unfriendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to where they don’t care about all customers, but only about drive thru ones. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years and now I just skip it and go to Dunkin instead.
Seems like drive thru is priority rather than face to face. Took a long time just to get my order. When I finally got my drink it was half full and foam already broken down. So for $6, not worth it.
This used to have great seating to relax and enjoy a drink. Now there is absolutely no seating.
They also got rid of the restroom for customers.
